Migrating from one Mac to another

Hi all,

Sorry if this is a basic question but I'm kinda new to Immich. I currently have the Immich server running on an old MacBook Pro in a docker container, although all the data is on 2 SSDs running in RAID. What would be the process to move over to another computer since the old one is getting too slow?
