No flair ups for over a week!
Hello! First time poster here. Had extremely bad diarrhea daily, for the past few months. I'm talking volcano style eruptions! Gas, water, recently ate food, etc just exploding into the toilet!
It was affecting my work. Had thoughts of resigning or if I should continue living, if this will be my new life going forward.
One day I immediately stopped eating garlic, and onions, and started drinking mint teabags twice daily/5 times per week. I also dried to avoid any sauces which included those 2 ingredients such as liquid sauces, pepper sauce, etc. I still use dried powdered versions. The first 24hrs was still living hell, where I had to take bathroom breaks around every 30 mins at work but my stool was solid and not resembling a volcano eruption!
Haven't felt the need to go, while at work, since then. At work, I'm currently only training so my anxiety is a bit lower. I'm not sure which of the 4 factors helped but hoping I can fully recover my love for food and regain weight!
