Yellow flags needs some tweaking

I don't do much oval (only Arca from time to time) so this will be more about the road classes.

It's no big deal but I always feel like the yellows are thrown too late cause I continue to run past wrecks where no flags are thrown. When they fist are thrown all traces of the wreak are gone. Even the race engineer will undrestand what's going on (even if he too is late with the calls) giving info on where you should be on the track or if there is a slow car ahead.

I just wish the flags would actually be helpful in warning you of wreaks or slow cars ahead. When the race engineer calls out something he is always to late and you will usually see the wreak yourself before he has given you the info.
