Do you think the new iPhone SE would be better than then iPhone 13 mini?

After the launch of the 16, I had my battery changed on my 13 mini, got a new screen protector and found renewed love for my 13 mini, probably saved me from switching as well. But with the new SE coming up, i wonder if this would be sporting new and better specs than the 13 mini. What do you guys think?
