Sooooo, need advice on a weird clot I just passed

Anyone pass a weird ass clot like this? I have been bleeding a lot but not enough to soak a pad in an hour but that just showed up like a worm like alien and I can’t tell if that’s normal. My previous clots were circular in nature. Thanks!
