Discomfort in bladder only when peeing. 11 wpo

Yello! I was wondering if anyone else experiences this. I feel a little pinch by my cuff/bladder as it’s emptying and then it goes away. My surgeon said people mention this to her and it typically subsides for patience after some time. (Up to a year I think she said?) How long do I wait to say something? Can anyone relate?
