You have to eat 3x Big Mac meals per day for the rest of your life and this is the only food you can eat.

This means that you have to go into McDonald's, order a bigmac meal and then eat it three times per day.

You cannot bulk buy the meals. However, you are allowed to order up to three meals at the same time and eat them in one sitting. All meals must be eaten within 30 minutes of receiving the order.

Edit: 1. To clarify, you are allowed to drink as much water as you like, although other drinks are off limits, except from the drink supplied in the big mac meal.

1. A Big Mac meal = Big mac, fries and any drink sold by McDonalds.
