What should I do about my Reactive Tinnitus

Hello all so first some background, I've had Tinnitus for 2ish years now and during those initial 2 years I had grown accustomed to it. It didn't bother me anymore and I felt I could live my life as normal.

How I got this tinnitus, well the working theory is bilateral Eustachian Tube Dysfunction or ETD. It would sometimes be reactive, like me messing with a plastic bag. But it would always go away. I habituated to my tinnitus and felt I could travel the world again

Unfortunately I got ETD again, but no changes to my tinnitus, however after someone slammed a hard plastic box (for context my day job is retail) next to my ear my tinnitus has been going crazy. And this one particular sound- the best way I can describe it as marbels hitting a glass bowl competes with almost anything. Anything fan related, sizzling of a pain, inside the car. The air conditioning, it's all reacting to that and I don't really have any idea how I can go about fixing it if I even can.

Is there a good chance it'll go away on its own? If not what do I need to do in order to better my chances to get rid of it, or do I need to learn how to habituate it.

Thank you for your time.
