MRI

So the dreaded time has come where I may have to do an MRI. This is unrelated to my hyperacusis. I’ve been having some unfortunate and progressing fast neurological symptoms that are pointing towards MS and getting an MRI is the only way to confirm what’s going on in my brain. I’m obviously very very nervous to get an MRI. Who here has had to get one? I saw a post once about someone who ordered special earmuffs that could go through an MRI machine in addition to my best ear plugs. Has anyone used these before? Thank you
