Nest

I have a nest 3rd gen. Currently, it is wired for an outdoor wood furnace, as heat stage 1. Regular indoor furnace as heat stage two. I am not using heat stage 1. It will kick on automatically as it should using heat stage 1, because I’m not using it, it blows cool air out of vents for about 10 minutes, then switch to heat stage 2 ( the indoor furnace) which heats the house. How can I properly eliminate heat stage 1 at the thermostat?
