2 year old gas furnace, removed / reinstalled induced draft motor, now won't ignite.
Amana gas furnace, model AMEC960603BNBB. Installed new by a HVAC guy two years ago. I recently noticed rust around it, had HVAC guy come out. He showed me the problem (clamp was upside down?), took the inducer draft motor off for me to be able to remove the rust, then cover with Rust-Oleum. I thought he was coming back to put the inducer draft motor back on... no. I put it back on, sent a picture to the HVAC guy who said wires looked correct (I had a picture for 2/3 of them, used generic pic for others). The problem: when I turn on the furnace it acts like it's running ok but the heat doesn't kick on, no ignition as far as I can tell. Autoignition. Any ideas? Where is the ignition switch? My gas supply is fine (water heater/ stove work), gas line is turned on, the black box inside is switched to "on", power switch to the unit is on. As I said, when I turn the heat on at the thermostat the furnace acts like it's supposed to, except no heat, blows cold air. It's in the 30s (F) outside, any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Attached is a picture of the inducer draft motor as well as the switch which is now turned "on". Again, unit is only two years old, worked fine before. If you'd like a clearer picture of anything please ask.
