Advice for this monstera?

Hi! I’m a bit new to house plant care. I picked this plant up at a moving sale and I’m hoping for advice on what to change so it thrives. The woman who sold it to me said she’d had it for about 3 years, kept inside, and keeps it watered and near a window.

I read that the aerial roots could mean it’s been in search of water. But I also wonder if a bigger or different pot might be better? I definitely want to repot it so it’s not leaning.. or I’ve seen on this sub that maybe something to climb is a good next step?

Thanks for any tips y’all might have! I just want to try to make sure whatever I change doesn’t end up harming the plant or making things worse.
