Picture This App Says Pothos is Diseased and Overwatered
I'm a new plant mom. I've been on a mission to turn my lifelong brown thumb into a green thumb. So I've been heavily researching and carefully tending my new houseplants.
I got Picture This app and today I snapped a photo of my golden pothos...her name is Carmella. It says she's overwatered and diseased! She's grown so much since I bought her in January.
I repotted her in February into a mix of perlite, bark and Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil. I water every 10 to 14 days. I check soil moisture with an electronic reader. I have my plants in my bathroom and humidity levels are usually around 64%. The window is West facing. I usually control sunlight with the blinds. She never gets direct sun.
All my plants in here look healthy to me. And all are sprouting new leaves. I've been so careful.
Is this app full of crap? What do you see?
