Do you refer to your plants as masculine or feminine? Do you name them?

All of our plants are male, except for a Haworthia succulent that my husband got me- that one is a female and her name was Medusa. The rest of them have names as well.

I'm a former murderer of all plants that weren't supposed to die..... I could kill a snake plant.....I think giving them a name as helped me keep them alive, and has formed a personified connection between me and the plant.

We have a small collection currently. We have 7 plants - had 9, but 2 recently died (Medusa -named above- was one of them, due to a dumb error). We enjoy naming them.
