Move out cleans

Hi I have only done a handful of move out cleans, and after some research I have realized I’m charging way too low. I previously charged between $250-300 for one time move out cleanings in my area. It’s upscale here,so the rate is definitely higher. I have this home I need to quote, help a girl out? entire house from top to bottom, vacuuming, and mopping all floors. clean out all Cupboards and Cabinets inside and out, Stove, Blinds Oven, 4 AC units, Refrigerator, Microwave, Kitchen Countertops, and all interior Windows and Wall, Baseboards. It has 3 bed, 2 bath, and a floor area of 1460 sqft. She has a specific date and time in mind and is not flexible. I have availability and I’d love to tackle this just not sure what to text her, I haven’t even seen the house yet but she’s adamant on me giving her an estimate before a walkthrough and pictures 🤦🏻‍♀️
