Cant find Apex Behemoth

Does anyone know where I can find an Apex Behemoth? I am trying to upgrade the Nora Thunder Warrior Outfit and can't find one anywhere. I also can't find the Behemoth Convey that is was in the Stillsands area. Is anyone else having that problem? Thanks!!
