Anything fun to do with z840 512gb of ram and dual 2698 v4?

I know its a relatively power hungry beast, but still i have it left over from doing some reselling favors, not sure if i can utilize it to learn something new, or if there is something interesting that would require so many cores / ram? Also what are the resell values on lrdimm ddr4 64gb sticks? Around my place cheapest i saw them was 30$ used, but im from south europe. Already have a home nas for storage, give me some ideas what would be fun to try! I might get 512gb more just for the sake of owning 1tb ram machine heh. (dual 2698v4 is still on the way from aliexpress). Takes like 2 months for a package to arive smh...
