Wireless Temperature Sensors

Hello everyone, I've been searching non-stop for wireless temperature sensors, and I came across Sonoff Zigbee Sensors and the Zigbee gateway, however, they seem to disconnect every 3-4 days and require reconfiguration. Anyone solved the issue?

I saw an alternative which is BLE Beacon Based model, ib004n, which is commercially known for JAALEE JHT. Should I buy it? How can I configure it into Home Assistant?

Any other alternatives?
