How to migrate zwave network from HomeSeer SmartStick+ to latest zwave controller?

Plan to move from Homeseer HS3 to Homeassistant. Still using a 9 year old HomeSeer SmartStick+ USB Z-Wave Interface.

I believe I should upgrade to a new stick first, and then move it from HS3 to Hass.

Is this possible without un-pairing and re-pairing each device?
