is this viv suitable?

im an experienced reptile owner but ive never had a hognose snake so i thought id ask here. i did not make this vivarium, my dad did it for me (he owns snakes) i just want to ask to see if its okay! i think he needs deeper substrate and beech chips instead of sawdust and some plants but i think hes done a pretty good job. theres a hot side and a cool side.
