Please share your experiences of chanting Bajrang Baan.

I've heard that you shouldn't chant it daily . You should only say it when you're in grave danger or problem. Because Hanuman ji is given a shapath of Sri Ram in one stanza. But I like listening to it daily on YouTube. Can anyone share what can happen if I listen and chant it daily?
