I have finals next week and I'm terrified

I'm in class right now and we're going over finals and it's terrifying me. I have almost entirely Ds. I worked hard to get even those bad grades. If I flunk the finals in math and science I'm screwed. I don't know what to do. I don't understand anything in class. I'm going to fail.
