Eating?

I know this is a stupid question… but how do I know my hermits are eating? Obviously they’re still alive and they move around but I have never been able to catch them of their food bowl. The food never looks disturbed or picked at. I buy the complete diet pack from Amazon and give fresh fruits and veggies and meal worms every day. But they don’t seem to change in color either. I’m not sure !
