Apprentice Track Decks

Ive just started playing in another region, i have the option to follow the apprentice track, which offers many rewards, including card packs and some free decks. I have two doubts. The first one is a bit obvious, but I still want to ask: What happens if I press "skip tutorial"? Do I lose the opportunity to acquire all the rewards, right? The other question is whether there are plans to update these gift decks now that Nathria, Sunken, and Lich King are rotating out, because the decks they give mostly contain cards from those expansions
