Question about Lo & Sons Waverley 2 leather choices!
Hi guys,
Am a mum who was looking for a compact bag to toss my basic belongings in, that will be versatile enough for quick errands or even coffee/toddler dates with my other mum friends and still look somewhat respectable lol. Thought the Waverly by Lo and Sons seemed perfect for that !
However, I am stuck on choosing which one out of the two leather choices, Nappa and Saffiano!
On one hand I love the Nappa leather and think it looks more casual chic than the saffiano leather. However have been reading that once you fill it up with objects into the bag, the outlines of the objects appear and generally as the website states, more prone to wear and tear. I saw some photos of the Waverly over time and the bag seems to loose it’s shape a bit ? Those who brought it in the Nappa leather, how is it holding up for you? And how easy does it scratch? Bearing in mind I tend to be a bit rough and fling my bags around (not very careful) , would this be a wise choice to go with this leather?
Or do I go with saffiano leather which is more durable and scratch resistant(probably a good idea with toddlers around) but then on the downside, I heard it’s quite stiff and hence you aren’t able to expand its shape as much to fit in more belongings ?
Please help me choose!
