If Rosario doesn’t lose, where does he rank Pound for Pound in the verse?

Considering he didn’t really train for this fight and it’s still this close down to the wire is astounding. He basically has the same handicap that Morikawa always gives Volg in that he’s never in top condition for a fight which is crazy.
