Spoofing calls and SMS

I’m looking for an app or website that can spoof specific numbers for calls/sms. I did some googling but the sites that came up seem to not be in service anymore/don’t work properly or the apps give you a list of their own numbers to choose from, rather than inputing a number of your choosing(like spoof card). It seems like spoofing text messages is something that was offered as a service much more a few years ago and now not so much, but I’ve come across a ton of people online saying they received a text from a spoofed number so it seems like it’s possible?

Anyone have any recommendations?
