Any risk for H1B stamping?

I see a lot of questions about H1b lottery and approvals but my question is I have my H1B picked and approved this year but the stamping isnt dont yet.

With the new government in place is there any risk during my H1b stamping in my home country.

Anyone in 2016 went through the process, kindly give your inputs. TIA.
