About time

I’m going to be really honest. As a ROW non tech worker on an H1B, I’m sick and tired of all the stress posts (mainly from people from one country in one industry…you know who they are). The visa is TEMPORARY and meant for super specialized positions that can’t be filled by Americans. With all due respect, you’re telling me we can’t find back office IT American workers?

It’s about time we cracked down on the abuse. If you are stressed, then talk to your company or lawyer. TBH if you are truly meritorious enough for an H1B as originally intended, you have nothing to worry about.
