8 days post surgery

Got my surgery done on 14 Jan, swelling has reduced yet it's difficult to sleep on the side. Have been wearing compression garment for 18 hrs a day. Started hot compression 4 days back and that helped tremendously with bruising. Started massaging yesterday but noticed sounds like "swoosh swoosh' water like waves while massaging on the right side. On the left side there is no wave like sound but a hard lump which has formed, if I use some pressure it does seem sore a bit and is slightly painful.

Your suggestions would be much appreciated.
