Genuine Question
I was vegetarian back in high school and worked out. I remember it being hard to hit my protein goals so I stopped. I've seen influencers who will only eat a meal a day, others that are vegan, etc.
I just kind of eat whatever I want without worrying. If I need extra protein, I'll have some more meat of some sort or milk or a protein bar or even a protein shake. It doesn't worry me. But if these people don't eat "toxis, meat" or likewise it must be exhausting trying to fit in enough protein/calories. Is it as exhausting as I feel like it would be?
