Help with light strikes?

So I was having a problem yesterday with my rifle where I would get light strikes. I was trying to zero my optic for 300 blackout but every few rounds it would light strike but it looked like it barely even hit the primer. Like the dent in the primer was like the size of a tooth pick not the normal firing fin size. But I just find it weird because when I shot 556 with the same lower I never had any problems. Ammo is AAC Sabor 110 grain black tip
