Can some help me find what this thing is called

Hello everyone, I recently swapped in my Ibanez gio for this Schecter Hellraiser C-1 with fr. When I glanced at the headstock, it appeared that there was no metal bar thing on top of the hellraiser thing. So, if you could tell me what it is so that I may be able to buy that small metal thing on the headstock. Any help would be greatly much be appreciated!
