What is the pedal that keeps constantly rotating in and out of your setup?

Think I see a lot of posts about pedals that never leave and that have been on for years, but to me it's more interesting to hear about the pedals that you don't think you'd need until the day that you do.

For me, it's a Rat. Between stacking overdrives and true fuzz, the Rat can do it all, but is not always necessary. But I recently joined a band that requires a basic distortion sound, so the Wampler Ratsbane is back in.
