What to pair with a DOD 250?

I play ambient/shoegaze/postrock adjacent stuff and I’m looking for another type of drive to pair with my 250.

I’m not able to try before I buy so hoping I can get some recommendations here to point me in the right direction.

I use to 250 at an edge of breakup kind sound and I’m hoping to stack with something else to get a thick drive sound.
