Veggies suggestions for new pig

Just got a new piggy and I would love some suggestions for vegetables for him. I don’t want to give him too much and overwhelm him but so far all he will eat is carrots. I know iceberg lettuce is bad and romaine lettuce is good but give me some suggestions for different veggies. I need lots of suggestions because I am a picky eater so it would be great to have foods that we can both enjoy.
