Gta V online wasted loop

I apparently angered an modder online and he put me in a wasted loop resulting in only fix for me to Alt+F4 but every time I die now I end up having the same loop? Anyway to fix this? I already verified my gamefiles

Edit: I relogged my Rockstar launcher and I have the same pop-up which I had before I verified my game files which say:

"Unexpected files have been found in the install directory of Grand Theft Auto V. Use of unofficial modifications to the game is not supported and may result in being banned from online content."

The only file which has been edited since the issue occurred was the: "index.bin" file
