Average Home WiFi Prices?

We currently have Spectrum Internet and we're paying $90/month for 400 mbps. We don't have any TV or phone subscription with them and we live about 10 minutes from Downtown. Is this price what most people are paying? Is it overpriced or a good deal? What are y'all paying for home internet and who is your provider? ...

UPDATE: Thank you everyone for sharing your rates and providers. I gathered a lot of information and will be comparing rates for services in my area before I call Spectrum and ask for retention. I hope y'alls comments are also helpful for other people who didn't realize they were overpaying for home internet.
