Graphic Design Service Breakdown - What to Call It?

I'm a digital marketer finalizing my website and I cannot figure out how to name my graphic design service. I don't create logos or beautiful graphics, but I do things like real estate brochures and newsletters and small book formatting. Is there a specific name for this area of graphic design? Can I just call it graphic design and specify through a written description?

I just feel weird calling myself a graphic designer, when I don't design very many graphics!
