Corewell Bonus for RN

Hi, wondering if anyone has signed the 10,000 2 year sign on bonus with a floor at corwell health in GR, MI and left early. I have only received the initial payout of 5000, technically only 3000 due to taxes. Does anyone have any experience with paying it back like do we pay back the full 5 even though I only received 3 ? Do they allow us time or is it immediate? Thx so much
