What is your stretching regime? (follow-up from 2025 Goals thread)
In the 2025 goals thread, I was surprised/happy to see that a lot of the highest voted comments were talking about stretching (and working out in general). All those TPI videos on YouTube are clearly rubbing off!
For those who have already seen success (on and off the course) with a specific regime or just a handful of stretches before a round, what do you do, and what issue did it help with?
