Best value near you?

Sort of seeing if this can be beat...localish course that is 6000 yards par 72, 18 holes, $35 WITH CART for 18. Greens are small and slow but pretty consistent. Some rougher areas on a few holes as is to be expected at that price, but man it felt like 2003 prices out there.
