Transition and Xtractive prices

How much is the standard prices for these two? I was quoted by a store for 514 CAD on regular transition lens and 534 CAD for the Xtractive.

They are using Nikon lenses which I don’t know if it’s beneficial to use and maybe it’s priced as such?
