Underrated local places to eat?

Only been in Glasgow for a few months and looking for some good places to try out. Looking for some real local types. Would prefer to avoid overpriced gentrified places. I've been enjoying MacConnell's Bar so far, quiet atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks, not full of students! Cheers
