New here

How's it going everyone hopefully a lot better than me, so I'm new here honestly didn't know where else to go, feeling like I shouldn't really be here anymore, just found out my ex of 10 years who we have 2 kids together has now got a new man, tried to tell her I still love her but nah not gonna happen, she was the only person outside the kids I have as I never had a family, parents were junkies and long gone. Stay on my own work from home, most of my childhood friends are dead or choose the wrong path. Honestly just don't know what to do with myself
