When is your EQ best?

When is your EQ best? When is it the worst?

I want to take my measurements when I can ensure my EQ is at its peak so that all measurements can be as close to ‘accurate’ as possible. I have noticed that depending on if I measure after exercising, before, with or without heat, on my break days, etc. all produce highly varied results.

The reason why I ask is that measuring at this point will likely help me not get discouraged and see and enjoy the progress I have made.

I make sure to standardize my measurements by placing my back against a wall and having the small of my back also flush with the wall. I make sure to place the ruler in the same spot every time (I have a little dimple right on my fat pad/pelvic bone that I always press my ruler into),
