Can you protest on increasing the health insurance cost ?

The health insurance company I'm with (TK) will increase the monthly contribution 2 times within just 9 months. I know you can protest on an increase in the rent prices, but what about heath insurance ? And if I can't, would you suggest searching for another health insurance company ? I'm an international student BTW
