PC Clawed Combat

I'm looking for custom-character games with actual roleplaying where a viable and distinct option for combat is fighting with claws as a human or human-like creature. Prime example: VtM Bloodlines as a Gangrel.

Don't care if it's first-person, third-person, isometric, grid-based, what have you. So long as it's not, 1. Real time with pause. 2. Fist-based unarmed combat with "claws" that only serve as damage modifiers. 3. Horror.
