What are some games that deal with very dark topics?

Hello there, I am looking for games that deal with dark topics, things that people like to avoid thinking about in their everyday lives or are considered taboo otherwise. It could be in relations to life&death, fear, trauma, poverty, drugs, mental&physical illness, violence, immorality, historical/political-context or anything else that comes to your mind.
