How come Roose Bolton is never seen wearing his pink cloak in the show?

Its stated that, "Roose often wears black ringmail and a red-spotted pale pink cloak, trimmed with white fur. He also owns a suit of dark grey plate armor over a quilted tunic of blood-red leather. Its rondels are shaped like human heads whose mouths are open in agony. Its helmet has streamers of red silk which flutter in the wind. Usually worn with it is a pink woolen cloak embroidered with droplets of blood."

However, all we see him wearing in the show are thick coats of dull colors. I personally would love to see something so vibrant, especially contrasting the dreary nature of The North and the Dreadfort in particular.
